Vitec’s Annual report 2024 has been published
The Annual report 2024 for Vitec Software Group AB (publ) is from today available on our website.
The Swedish version of the Annual report and Sustainability report has been published. The report shows how sustainability is an integral part of our business and how our products create value for customers, stakeholders and society. In 2025, Vitec will mark its 40th anniversary. This is something we will celebrate during the year. In the Annual report, we tell you more about our history and where we are today.
Remarks from our CEO on the year 2024
- Our growth of 20% was divided into 9% organic growth and 11% acquired growth. I am particularly pleased with our organic growth, where we have successfully increased customer value in already established markets and also have high market shares, says Olle Backman, CEO, Vitec Software Group. He continues:
This is done through a continuous dialogue with our customers, where we ensure that our mission-critical products are developed in line with their needs. We use the latest technology both in our products and to strengthen our internal efficiency. During the year, we have intensified our work with AI, which not only makes us as an organization more efficient but also creates added value for our customers. Through new products and modules that automate processes to an increasing extent, we can help our customers work smarter.
We take pride in announcing that our Board of Directors has recommended a dividend increase for the 23rd year in a row. Consistent with our dividend policy, the board proposes a distribution of SEK 3.60 per share. This marks a continued commitment to our shareholders, Olle Backman concludes.

Correction in the Year-end report 2024
In connection to the preparation of the 2024 Annual report, a reclassification has been made between Increase/decrease in other operating liabilities and Supplementary purchase considerations paid in the Consolidated statement of cash flow. The reclassification does not affect the Consolidated statement of financial position or the Consolidated statement of profit/loss. The Consolidated statement of cash flow can be found on page 123 of the Annual report and on page 24 of the Year-end report.
