<div class="mfn-body"><p>The Nomination Committee of Kebni AB (publ) has decided to revise its previous proposal ahead of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 8, 2025. The original proposal of four (4) ordinary board members is now expanded to five (5) members. Maria Andersson Grimaldi is proposed as a new board member.</p><p>Maria Andersson Grimaldi brings extensive experience in leading fast-growing technology and digital companies. She has previously, among other positions, served as CEO of the listed XR technology company Bublar Group and as CEO of Dataspelsbranschen. She is currently active as an investor and board member in several companies, including Vator, M.O.B.A Network, Trainimal (publ), Dashl AB, and Fall Damage Studio AB.
