Talenom är en redovisningsbyrå som erbjuder ett brett utbud av tjänster inom bokföring, fakturahantering och lönefrågor. Utöver huvudverksamheten erbjuds finansiell analys och möjligheten till realtidskontroll via bolagets webbtjänster. Störst andel kunder återfinns bland små – och medelstora företagskunder inom den nordiska marknaden. Bolaget grundades 1972 och har sitt huvudkontor i Oulu.

Talenom har länge intresserat finländska investerare. Bolaget har ju stor potential att lyckas, men frågan är om de verkligen kommer att kunna leva upp till den?  Vi upprepar vår Köp-rekommendation för Talenom med en riktkurs på 4,6 EUR efter en ganska neutral Q1-rapport jämfört med våra förväntningar. I Finland var utvecklingen stark, men vinstöverraskningen  berodde på en exceptionell förändring i metoden för intäktsredovisning efter avskiljningen av programvaruverksamheten. Utvecklingen i Sverige och Spanien var fortsatt dämpad, och vi sänkte även våra prognoser för dessa regioner. Finland driver Talenoms tillväxt och den internationella verksamheten utvecklas långsamt, och därmed anser vi fortfarande att aktien är billig. Hi @JesperHagman I would say weak Q4 was another setback for Talenom. The Finnish core business did alright despite the weak market situation, but the Swedish business was development was worrying. It’s a rough transition to the “Talenom way” there, but we should finally see the benefits of the own software and processes in efficiency this year. At the same time there should be some organic growth in Finland that brings out the huge operational leverage of the business. Or I should say it makes it positive, as it has been negative in the past few years. There are plenty of other hot topics and discussions in Talenom, and I tried to open these up in the report. I remain confident that the share will trady much higher in a year as the operational performance picks up, but it might be a rough ride as the markets confidence in the whole international business (Sweden and Spain) is at a very low level. Talenom’s Q4 revenue was €29.2 million, falling short of expectations and declining by 1.7% year-on-year. The acquisitions in Spain did not generate the expected growth, and revenue in Sweden decreased, leading to negative organic growth. Operating profit was only €0.06 million, significantly weaker than expected, due to one-time costs and weak performance in Sweden. The adjusted operating profit margin was 0.2%, much lower than anticipated. The board proposes a dividend of up to €0.20 per share, split into two payments. Jag har plockat in Talenom i portföljen, efter att ha haft analytiker Juha hos oss på Stockholmskontoret en period i slutet av 2024 som ser positivt på aktien nu. Ska bli kul och följa från och med nu på mer regelbunden basis.

Talenom har uppdaterat sin finansiella vägledning för år 2025. Bolaget uppskattar att omsättningen kommer att ligga på cirka 130–140 miljoner euro och att rörelseresultatet kommer att vara 36–42 miljoner euro. Bolaget förväntar sig att marknadsläget förblir stabilt i Finland och Sverige under första halvåret men förbättras mot slutet av året. Våra prognoser ligger i linje med bolagets riktlinjer, och vi ser inga behov av att ändra vår syn på aktien. Talenom fortsätter att expandera till nya marknader, vilket stödjer långsiktig tillväxt. Företagsförvärv förväntas ge ytterligare drivkraft, särskilt i Spanien. Automatisering och enhetliga processer förbättrar lönsamheten, trots att stora investeringar fortsätter. Marknadens förtroende för Talenom är lågt, men vägledningen kan bidra till en positiv utveckling. En större kursuppgång kräver dock att vinsttillväxten bevisas, särskilt utvecklingen av verksamheten i Sverige och en positiv kassaflödesutveckling. Vi ser betydande uppsida i aktien.
