Nicosia, Cyprus - 10 September 2024 - The extraordinary general meeting of
SeaBird Exploration Plc ("the Company"), called for on 16 August 2024, was held
today. All resolutions on the agenda were adopted, and minutes of the meeting
are attached and available on the Company's webpages.
The cash distribution of NOK 0.25 per share is expected to be paid in Q4 2024.
The company will provide specific key dates for the distribution in due course.
