Chairman of the General Meeting was Fredrik Brusberg from MAQS Advokatbyrå.</div>The following main resolutions were resolved upon at the General Meeting:Resolution regarding approval of the Board of Directors' resolution on new issue of shares The General Meeting resolved to approve the Board of Directors' resolution of 23 January 2025 on a new issue of shares.
