oodash Group Secures $425,000 Grant from Midnight, a Partner Chain of Cardano, with Potential for Additional $480,000 during 2025
oodash Group AB (publ) ("OODA AI" or the "Company") has been awarded a $425,000 grant from Midnight Foundation (“Midnight”), a privacy-centric blockchain initiative on Cardano. The project follows a milestone-based payment structure. Upon successful completion, OODA AI may receive an additional $480,000 grant to further advance privacy-preserving AI inference by the end of 2025.
About the Grant
The grant will fund the development of ZK-proof–based “verified inference” on a decentralized GPU network, ensuring that the correct execution of an AI inference task can be cryptographically proven without exposing sensitive data or model details. This initiative integrates zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and on-chain business logic, aligning with Midnight’s Midnight’s vision of trust-minimized, privacy-preserving infrastructure.
The initial grant of $425,000 will be disbursed in three stages. The first stage including payment will be in April, followed by a second payment upon the successful completion of stage two. The final payment will be issued upon completion of the third and final stage of the project. At that point, OODA AI and Midnight will have a mutual understanding to continue development through a potential second grant of up to $480,000 for an additional two stages expected by the end of 2025.
