August 2023 at 5.00 p.m.</div>Nixu will publish its half-year report for January-June 2023 on Thursday 10 August 2023 at 8.30 a.m. The stock exchange release and presentation materials will be available on the company's website at www.nixu.com/investors.WebcastAs DNV AS has acquired 98.3 per cent of Nixu Plc's shares following its public cash tender offer in February, Nixu will not organize a full presentation after the half-year result.
