results for the second quarter and first half-year of 2024.
Key summary from the second quarter of 2024:
o First international contracts: Middle East (Oil and Gas) and Iceland (salmon
slaughterhouse).
o Technology breakthrough - complete substitution of synthetic polymers for our
clients in dredging, municipal wastewater, Sand & Gravel washing, and Mining.
o Signed an Agent Agreement with Energy Support Trading (EST) to boost sales in
the Middle East.
o Surpassed last year's total revenue by the end of the second quarter.
o Private placement completed, securing 28 MNOK in capital.
During the second quarter of 2024, M Vest Water achieved significant progress in
both commercial and technological sectors, alongside notable improvements in its
financial performance.

that we expect continued growth in chemical sales, further strengthening our
