Cathay Pacific and Loyal Solutions have entered a multi-year contract where Loyal Solutions will provide its market leading card-linking SaaS platform, LoyalTfacts[®] to power further innovation for Cathay`s successful Asia Miles program.
LoyalTfacts[® ]will enable Cathay members to earn or redeem Asia Miles across a wide range of partners simply by paying with a linked Visa or Mastercard.

As our business model is mainly based on variable components, it is not possible to estimate the precise contract value at present. However, the guaranteed components in the agreement amount to just over 7 MDKK over the first 24 months and an annual minimum recurring revenue of approximately. 2,2 MDKK thereafter.
