<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Nomination Committee proposes that the current member and Vice Chairman of the Board, Louise Richnau, is elected Chairman at Castellum's Annual General Meeting 2025. Per Berggren, current Chairman of the Board of Castellum Aktiebolag, has informed the Nomination Committee that he declines re-election at Castellum's Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 May 2025.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Per Berggren has been the Chairman of the Board of Castellum since 2022 and a member of the Board since 2007.</p><p>Louise Richnau was born in 1966, has a Master of Science in Engineering and has a lengthy background in the property sector with investments, transactions, financing, establishment of new areas of operation, and sustainability issues.</p><p>The Nomination Committee’s other proposals will be announced in connection with the notice for the Annual General Meeting 2025.</p><p>"The Nomination Committee would like to thank Per for having, with great commitment and in a meritorious way, contributed to, and in recent years led, the Board's work during a time of changes and turbulent global surroundings.
