<pre>Company announcement No. 54 Reference is made to the stock exchange notice (47) by ECIT AS on December 23rd, 2021. The amendment to the Articles of Association in relation to the capital increase of NOK 968,614 through issue of 968,614 B-shares was unanimously approved at the Board meeting on December 22nd, 2012. 968,614 new Class B shares at par value NOK 1.00 are issued as settlement for a portion of the consideration for ECIT AS' purchase of 50.1% of Partner Regnskap AS. The changes are now registered in The Brønnøysund Register Centre. The share capital is increased from NOK 445,957,744 with NOK 968,614 to NOK 446,926,358, by issuing 968,614 new Class B shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1. The ECIT-shares are valued at NOK 7.75851 per. share. The price corresponds to VWAP of ten (10) trading days before closing. Closing took place on December 22nd, 2021.
