Corem has signed a five-year lease agreement with the Swedish technology company Mycronic for 6,038 square meters in the property Helgafjäll 5 in Kista north of Stockholm city. The property is located in central Kista by the square next to the Kista fair.
Mycronic, which has its operations in Täby, north of Stockholm, now also sets up operations in Kista as they relocate their High Flex division to the area. The new premises, which will house offices, warehouses and production, are adapted to support the business. At the same time, the building gets an exterior lift. Access is planned for the third quarter of 2025.
"We are very happy to welcome Mycronic to Corem and to Kista, where we are now creating the conditions for a long and successful collaboration. Mycronic will also be a nice addition to the exciting mix of businesses on the site," said Rutger Arnhult, CEO at Corem.
Newsec has acted as advisor to Mycronic in the deal.
