Climeon implements organizational changes

Carl Arnesson, Climeon's CFO since 2021, will be leaving the company for new duties at the end of the year. Carl Arnesson will be replaced by Carl Frykfeldt in an interim role as Finance Manager until a new CFO is appointed. Carl Frykfeldt has been employed at Climeon since 2018, and has held several leading roles at Climeon, including interim roles both as Finance Manager and as CFO.

Climeon has, in addition to this, decided to appoint a new position as Chief Operating Officer, COO. Fredrik Nimander, who started his employment at Climeon in April this year, as Operations Manager, has been appointed COO and a new member of the company's management team with immediate effect. Nimander comes most recently from Northvolt and has previously worked within Ellevio and E.ON.

Carl Arnesson has brought a lot to Climeon during the transformation we have gone through, both in his role as CFO and as a person. I therefore want to thank him for a fantastic contribution. Me and the other employees wish him all the best in his new endeavors. Personally, I look forward to having the pleasure of continuing to work with him for the rest of the year.

At the same time, I would like to welcome Fredrik Nimander, both in his new role and as a member of the management team. Fredrik Nimander has extensive experience from leading companies, which will strengthen Climeon's continued efforts to ensure customer deliveries and to deliver according to our plan. I am also looking forward to working closely again to Carl Frykfeldt in his interim role as Finance Manager, a collaboration that we had in the fall of 2021 before Carl Arnesson took office. Carl Frykfeldt will manage all our financial aspects and lead our finance department in a really good way until a new CFO is appointed, says Climeon CEO Lena Sundquist.
