Jag läste olika tankar och någon investerare hade skrivit mycket om det här företaget, så jag antecknade olika nämnda saker: Digital Workforce (DWF), en pionjär inom processautomation, utökar sin verksamhet med AI-agenter baserade på artificiell intelligens. Med hjälp av AI-agenter kan man diversifiera automationen, eftersom de kan resonera och utföra uppgifter med hjälp av språkmodeller och instruktioner i realtid. DWF använder teknologi från det amerikanska företaget sema4.ai, vilket möjliggör anpassning av AI-agenter efter kundernas behov. Detta öppnar nya möjligheter, särskilt inom komplexa processer som försäkringshantering. Användningen av AI-agenter kan stärka DWF:s position på den internationella marknaden. Lösningar som automatiseringen av kundavgiftsbeslut i Västra Nylands välfärdsområde visar redan nu på lönsamheten hos AI-lösningarna och väcker intresse även i andra sektorer.
