At the same time, the company has entered into a long-term lease agreement with the buyer for renting the premises. The sale is driven by the reorganization of Estonia's electronic component distribution business and the closure of the consumer business in spring 2024, which significantly reduced the company’s space requirements.The agreed sale price is EUR 1.3 million.
