After the acquisition, an error was detected in the financial information concerning the object of purchase provided to Administer Plc before the acquisition. As a result, Administer Plc presented the sellers a claim for price reduction. The dispute concerning the price reduction has been processed in arbitration between Administer Plc and Econia Oy’s former principal owners.On 24 March 2025, the Court of Arbitration issued an arbitration decision in which the former principal owners were obligated to pay Administer Plc a total price reduction of EUR 0.7 million and interest on returns and arrears for this amount, and to bear most of the costs of the arbitration proceedings.The arbitration decision reduces the purchase price of the acquisition, which reduces Econia’s purchase price debt and goodwill recognised on Administer’s balance sheet by a corresponding amount.
