<pre>Reference is made to the mandatory offer (the "Offer") from SalMar ASA (the "Offeror") to acquire all shares in NTS ASA ("NTS" or the "Company") at an offer price of NOK 75.48184 per share pursuant to an offer document dated 22 November 2022. On 20 December 2022 the Offeror has received acceptances under the Offer for 46,661,357 shares. Following these acceptances, the Offeror has received acceptances for a total of 46,918,909 shares and votes in NTS under the Offer. In addition, the Offeror owns a total of 66,235,009 shares in the Company. The Offeror accordingly has an aggregate holding of 113,153,918 shares and rights to shares in NTS, equal to approximately 90.01% of the total number of 125,717,306 issued shares in the Company. Consequently, SalMar has by agreeing to acquire shares crossed the threshold for obtaining more than 2/3rds of the voting rights in NTS, cf. the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4 2 This notification has been submitted pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 4 2. </pre>
