Kreate&apos;s Swedish subsidiary has acquired the remaining shares in the associated company Karell Schakt AB, in which it held a 34% stake prior to the transaction. Karell Schakt AB&#x2019;s revenue in the last financial year was 16 MSEK which is approximately 1.4 MEUR. The company&apos;s most significant customer has been Kreate&apos;s Swedish subsidiary (Kreate Sverige AB), so the transaction will not have a material impact on Kreate&apos;s figures, given its small size and customer mix. The transaction price was not disclosed.
The transaction will add approximately 20 employees to the earthworks capacity of Kreate&apos;s Swedish unit. This will enable Kreate to take on the largest projects with group resources. The transaction will thus support Kreate&apos;s ambition to increase revenue in Sweden from approximately 23 MEUR (2023) to approximately 650 MSEK (over 55 MEUR) in 2027.
