TELESTE'S ANNUAL REPORT 2024 PUBLISHED
Teleste Corporation's Annual Report 2024 and Financial Statements for the accounting period 1 January - 31 December 2024 have been published today on the company's website at teleste.com/financial-reports
The Annual Report consists of audited financial statements, the annual review by the Board of Directors, including the Sustainability Statement, Teleste's corporate governance statement and Auditor's Report. In addition, Teleste publish the Remuneration Report for the governing bodies for 2024. The Sustainability statement has been prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Chapter 7 of the Finnish Accounting Act.
The financial statements are also published in XHTML format in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In accordance with ESEF requirements, the consolidated financial statements are marked with iXBRL tags and notes with iXBRL block tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent auditor's report on Teleste's ESEF financial statements based on a reasonable assurance engagement it has performed in accordance with International Standard on Assurance Engagements ISAE 3000. The ESEF financial statements in Finnish are available in the zip file attached to this release and at teleste.com/financial-reports
Teleste's Sustainability Statement, published as part of the annual review by the Board of Directors, is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), the reporting standards referred to in Chapter 7 of the Finnish Accounting Act and Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation and it has been assured by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy which has provided a limited assurance report in accordance with International Standard on Assurance Engagements ISAE 3000 (revised).
