Inderes förväntar sig att bolagets omsättning har ökat jämfört med föregående år, tack vare företagsförvärv, även om jämförelseperiodens siffror inte är kända. Det tredje kvartalet, som vanligtvis påverkas av semestertider, förväntas ha en lägre omsättningsnivå än andra kvartal. Trots detta förväntar sig Inderes att bolaget ska uppnå en god lönsamhetsnivå. An analyst at Inderes @petri.gostowski has been considering the upcoming earnings release on Friday.  Solwers will publish its H1 report on Friday this week at around 9.00 am EEST. We expect the company’s revenue to have increased clearly year-on-year, driven by the completed acquisitions. However, we expect profitability to have declined slightly in the period, resulting in an operating result forecast that is only slightly above the comparison period. We believe that the industry is now in the midst of its quietest period as a result of the slowdown in demand, and we will be watching the report for, among other things, comments on the recovery in demand following the slowdown. Solwers Plc, Company Release, Inside Information, February 21, 2025, at 08:00 am EETSolwers Plc's subsidiary Finnmap Infra Oy has received a compensation claim filed with the Helsinki District Court by Kreate Oy. The case was initiated on February 17, 2025. The basis of the claim is an alleged breach of performance related to the contract for the development phase of the E18 Turku ring road between Kausela and Pukkila. The total amount of the claim is approximately 2.46 million euros. In addition, Kreate Oy has demanded the payment of party costs and legal fees.Solwers has familiarized itself with the claim, the underlying contract, and its applicable standard terms. The company considers the claim to be unfounded and will dispute the claims in their entirety, both in terms of their basis and amount. Finnmap Infra Oy will present its own compensation claims to Kreate Oy. The parties have been in settlement negotiations since 2023.If the matter is not settled, the compensation claims will be finally resolved in court proceedings. Solwers will inform about the progress of the case and the outcome of the proceedings in accordance with applicable regulations and marketplace rules.Solwers does not see the claim having a significant impact on the group's operations. The company also has liability insurance taken out on standard terms, which is intended to cover costs incurred to the company from possible design errors.<div></div>
