Många hade återigen höga förväntningar på Innofactor, men företaget svek förväntningarna. Finns det långsiktiga tillväxtdrivkrafter i företaget?  Det är värt att läsa denna färska analys: Innofactor’s Q2 results fell short of expectations as the challenging market also impacted the company’s performance. New sales remain challenging, although the order book increased from the previous quarter. In particular, we lowered our earnings forecasts for the coming years due to new sales and the challenge of managing billing rates. We expect that the company will have to issue a profit warning for the current year. With our forecasts (2024e P/E 11x and EV/EBIT 9x), the stock’s valuation picture is rather neutral, although there is clear upside in the longer term. We lower Innofactor’s target price to EUR 1.20 (was 1.55) reflecting estimate revisions. We also lower our recommendation to Decrease (was Accumulate). We expect moderate organic growth in the coming years and slight profitability improvement. With our estimates the share’s valuation (2023e P/E 10x and EV/EBIT 9x) is still attractive, considering the stronger base for earnings growth although uncertainty in the IT market is still elevated.

Innofactor reported on Friday that the Onni Bidco consortium has initially acquired an additional 2.55% of the shares in Innofactor during the second offer period. As a result, the company now holds an 84.6% stake after the tender offer periods.

Innofactor reported on Friday that the Onni Bidco consortium has initially acquired an additional 2.55% of the shares in Innofactor during the second offer period. Onni Bidco will announce the final result of the offer period on October 8, 2024. As a result, the company now holds 84.6% of the shares and voting rights in Innofactor after the tender offer periods. This is below the bid condition, which is over 90%.&#xa0;
As we thought possible before the start of the second offer period at the end of September, the consortium did not gain the additional stake it was seeking (around 10 percentage points) during the relatively short extension period. However, we still expect that the takeover will ultimately be completed and that Onni Bidco will acquire more than 90% of the shares and votes. In our view, the offer is still a good one for shareholders from a number of perspectives and we believe there is a strong likelihood that the offer will be successful.
