In the Q1 2024 results, Audientes realized around DKK 0.2m in revenue, but lowered the loss to DKK 2.6m (DKK 3.8m in Q1 2023). In the second quarter, Audientes made a rights issue that was subscribed to 94 percent, corresponding to approximately DKK 4.59 million in new capital and conversion of debt. Furthermore, they have announced new distribution partners in India, the Middle East, and Africa. After the period, they also signed a definitive agreement for a joint venture on the Chinese market. The expectations for those agreements and the capital situation will be in focus besides the financial results. Audientes A/S is a Danish hearing health company specializing in smart, self-fitting affordable hearing aids and advanced hearables. Audientes&#x2019; unique hearing aid solution, Ven&#x2122; by Audientes, is available for purchase in the Indian and Nepalese markets and is expected to be introduced in other markets in the coming years.
