The total purchase amount is approximately 2 MNOK and the maximum number of shares to be purchased is up to 130,000. The buyback will be done on basis of authorization granted at Zaptec ASA's Annual General Meeting on 14th June 2023. Zaptec ASA holds 37,709 treasury shares prior to the buyback.
