XMReality publishes prospectus due to upcoming preferential share issue

On June 28, 2024, the XMReality AB (publ) ("XMReality" or the "Company") announced that the Board of Directors resolved upon a new issue of shares with preferential rights for the Company's existing shareholders of approximately SEK 36.7 million (the “Rights Issue”). The Board of Director's resolution of the Rights Issue was approved by an Extra General Meeting held on July 31, 2024. A prospectus, which has been prepared in connection with the Rights Issue, has today on August 2, 2024, been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) (the “SFSA”, the “Prospectus”). The Prospectus is available at XMRealitys' website (www.xmreality.com) and Carnegie's website (www.carnegie.se).

The Prospectus that XMReality has prepared in connection with Rights Issue has today been approved by the SFSA.
