Asetek is a global leader within liquid cooling solutions for high-end PC’s and also produces high-end equipment for SimSports. Asetek was listed on the OBX Oslo Stock Exchange in 2013.

Asetek’s liquid cooling of high-end PC’s and eSports enthusiasts is its largest segment. Its sealed loop liquid cooler supports the thermal challenges of the computers and can also be implemented at data centers to provide significant energy savings and recapturing of heat against the air cooling industry norm; however, this segment remains relatively smaller.

In 2021 Asetek made its first expansion into the SimSports Gaming market with its high-end SimRacing pedals, designed to create an immersive experience for sim racers. Asetek plans to expand further into the SimRacing value chain with ambitions to release wheelbases, steering wheels, shifters, and other end-user customization options.

According to the Market Abuse Regulation art. 19, Asetek A/S (the "Company") announces to have received notifications regarding transactions in the Company's shares and related securities by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them. Reference is made to the company announcement of 2 December 2024 regarding the Company's rights issue with pre-emptive subscription rights for the Company's existing shareholders (the "Offering"). The Offering comprises at least 150,000,000 new shares and up to 294,941,676 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.10 each. Existing shareholders are entitled to an allocation of three (3) preemptive rights for each one (1) existing share. For every one (1) preemptive right, the holder will be entitled to subscribe for one (1) new share against payment of the subscription price of DKK 0.40 per new share. Transactions made in connection with the Offering:VP Global Sales Henrik Lindskou-Mouritsen has on 12 December 2024 purchased 400,000 preemptive rights at a price of DKK 0.025 per preemptive right.
