Pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Alefarm Brewing A/S hereby reports transactions made in Alefarm Brewing A/S shares by persons obliged to report on transactions to the Danish FSA and to Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark:
- Thomas Kristoffersen, CFO at Alefarm Brewing A/S, has purchased 3.516 shares at DKK 4,695, 1.000 shares at DKK 4,70, 741 shares at DKK 4,75, 1.749 shares at DKK 4,80, 252 shares at DKK 4,87, 10.000 shares at DKK 4,90, 1.480 shares at DKK 4,95, 2.475 shares at DKK 5,00, 1.000 shares at DKK 5,09 and 15.787 shares at DKK 5,25.
The purchase results in a total holding of 117.878 shares of Alefarm Brewing A/S by Thomas Kristoffersen.
