Toivo Group Plc has signed a project agreement valued for a regional construction project in Suurpelto, Espoo, valued at over 20 million euros.
According to preliminary plans, the area will feature 63 terraced house apartments. The project is a single family home development, which combines private yards and A-energy class ratings. The development is particularly suited for families with children, as the esteemed Espoo International School is located close next to the project site. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2025, with completion expected by the end of 2026.
” The project is located directly opposite the school, making it an ideal location for families with children who value proximity to schools. In our design process, we have aimed to address the needs of our target group and create a courtyard that serves as a meeting place for residents of all ages,” says Toivo’s Project Development Manager Petter Ruuskanen.
“We are excited to be able to carry out this project in a very eco-friendly way. Our intention is to construct the buildings using wood, which captures more carbon compared to concrete construction. Additionally, the courtyard’s landscaping will feature plant species and themes that support biodiversity,” adds Toivo’s Chief Operating Officer, Urho Myllymäki
