<p class="prs-announcement__byline">28.3.2025 10:39:10 CET | Dataproces Group A/S |    Company Announcement</p><p class="prs-announcement__leadtext">Company announcement no. 3/2025: The Board of Directors of Dataproces Group A/S has approved acquisition</p><p>Contains inside information (new market)</p><p>In investor news no. 8/2025, it was announced that Dataproces Group A/S would investigate the possibilities for strategic partnerships and acquisitions, with the aim of offering customers new and even stronger products.</p><p>In recent weeks, Dataproces has worked to prepare an acquisition of a small company that works with analyses and forecasts in the municipal market.
