<div class="abstract">According to Serneke's articles of association, owners of series A shares have the right to request that the share be converted into series B shares. Through conversion, the total number of votes in the company is reduced. When such a transformation has taken place, the company has a legal obligation to publish information about the change in this way.</div>During November 2022, at the shareholder's request, all series A shares have been converted to series B.The total number of shares (28,753,232 shares) is unchanged, but there are no longer any A shares in the company. A share of series A carries one (1) vote and a share of series B carries one tenth (0.1) of a vote.
