<div class="abstract">Relesys A/S | Managers' transactions Company Announcement No. 5-2024 Copenhagen, April 24, 2024</div>In accordance with the EU's Market Abuse Regulation article 19, Relesys A/S must notify Finanstilsynet and publicly disclose transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them on trading of Relesys A/S shares.Relesys A/S hereby notify and submit the transactions of shares in Relesys A/S reflected in the attached forms.Reference is made to company announcement no. 4-2024 dated 24 April 2024 regarding&nbsp;the binding agreement entered into between Relesys A/S and Unite BidCo ApS, a company controlled by funds advised by Copilot Capital Limited, relating to the acquisition of all outstanding shares in Relesys for DKK 6.60 per share and the share purchase agreements entered into between Unite BidCo ApS and certain shareholders of Relesys A/S (the "Transactions").In connection with the Transactions Jesper Roesgaard (CEO), Jens Ole Lebeck (COO), Alexander Martensen-Larsen (Chairman of the Board of Directors), Lars Runov (member of the Board of Directors), Thor Skov Jørgensen (member of the Board of Directors), Christian Lynge Hjort (member of the Board of Directors), Presence ApS (closely associated with Lars Runov, member of the Board of Directors) have made the transactions described in the attached notifications on the dates set out therein.As informed in company announcement no. 4-2024, Jesper Roesgaard, Jens Ole Lebeck and Martin Sørensen, owning respectively 34.2%, 32.6% and 6.3% of the shares in Relesys, will reinvest more than half of their proceeds into the new company.Certified Adviser for Relesys Grant Thornton Stockholmsgade 45 2100 Copenhagen Ø Denmark
