Qben Construction signs letter of intent for the construction a new activity centre in Vemdalen, Sweden
Qben Construction has signed a letter of intent with Klyftberget Centrum AB, for the construction of a new activity center in Vemdalen, Sweden. The project, running between Q1 2025 and Q1 2026, is expected to generate approximately SEK 53 million in revenue for Qben Construction.
The project involves the construction of a top modern multi-purpose center with a sports hall, trampoline hall, gym, sports clinic and restaurant. In addition to hosting a variety of sporting events, the hall is also expected to be used for purposes such as fairs, concerts and other events.
The initial planning phase of the 2,900 square meter activity center will start in Q1 2025. The center is expected to be completed by Q1 2026.
