ProfilGruppen AB: New organization of ProfilGruppen

ProfilGruppen is introducing a new organization based on four result areas instead of the function-based organization that has been used so far. The new structure is based on the significantly different types of business that are part of ProfilGruppen's operations.

The result areas will be:
• Extrusions
• Components
• Contract manufacturing
• Risk management

Fredrik Uhrbom has been appointed head of the Contract Manufacturing result area and vice president of the Group. Fredrik has been with ProfilGruppen since 2013, most recently as Marketing and Sales Manager.

Patrick Massana has been appointed head of the Components result area. Patrick has been with ProfilGruppen since 2013, most recently as sales manager Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Özkan Kosmaz has been appointed head of the Extrusions result area. Özkan has been in ProfilGruppen since 2023, as manager of profile manufacturing.

All three of them have many years of experience in the industry.

The fourth result area mainly consists of the market activities where we take risk positions on the aluminum market. This business is handled by our strategic purchasing, reporting to the Group's CFO, Johan Löfmark.

The purpose of the reorganization is to be able to better adapt and deliver the service the market demands. This also includes expanding our offer. The business and financial conditions of the result areas are significantly different, and they will develop their respective business models. Through the change, sales, production and logistics, are connected in a more efficient way.

The split does not mean any changes regarding the customers' sales contact.

The reorganization means that the control and coordination of the business is increasingly assigned to the results area managers and that the CEO can focus more on the long-term development of the Group. At the same time, room is created for acquisition opportunities.
