In the first half of the year our rental income increased by 17% compared with the same period previous year, largely thanks to our recently finalized projects. We continue our dedicated work on cost management, and this proves to have a positive effect on our operating surplus, which increased by 19%, according to Johanna Hult Rentsch, CEO at Platzer. We delivered a positive net letting of SEK 1 million in the quarter, the 15th consecutive quarter with a positive result. We are proud to have achieved such achievements but remain humble of future changes in demand due to current recession.
