He has been acting in the role and been part of the Management Team since May 2024. Kariniemi also continues as the Managing director of Pihlajalinna's and the Wellbeing Services Counties' joint companies Kuusiolinna Terveys, Jämsän Terveys and Jokilaakson Terveys."In Pihlajalinna's Public Services, we develop and offer impactful social and healthcare services cooperation models to Wellbeing Services Counties.
