ASEO Invest IT ApS, closely associated with Søren Skovbølling, Chairman of the Board in Digizuite A/S and Annette Lang Skovbølling, Board member in Digizuite A/S, has bought shares in Digizuite on 11 July 2023: 20.380 shares at an average price of DKK 8,57183268, corresponding to DKK 174.693,95 in total.
