Nordisk Bergteknik AB: The Nomination Committee proposes new board member in Nordisk Bergteknik
The Nomination Committee of Nordisk Bergteknik AB (publ) proposes the election of Monika Gutén as new board member at the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2024.
Monika Gutén is currently working as Investment Director for Industry Products at Storskogen. She has previously been Vice President for Acquisition Parts & Services at Epiroc and held several roles within the SSAB Group, among other responsible for Tibnor's operations in Sweden and Denmark. Monika was born in 1975 and has a master's degree in business and economics. She is independent in relation to the company, the company's management and the company's major shareholders.
- Monika Gutén's background with operational experience from international industrial companies, acquisition-intensive companies, and wide-ranging experience of board assignments will be an excellent addition to the board, says Oscar Rolfsson, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee also proposes re-election of Mats O. Paulsson, Göran Näsholm, Marie Osberg, Victor Örn and Ljot Strömseng. It is also proposed that Mats O. Paulsson is re-elected as Chairman of the Board.
The complete proposal from the Nomination Committee will be announced at the latest in the notice to the Annual General Meeting 2024.
