Nasdaq A/S accepts delisting of SimCorp A/S' shares

With reference to SimCorp A/S' (SimCorp or the Company) announcement of 2 October 2023 (no. 29/2023) regarding SimCorp's Board of Directors' decision, upon request from Deutsche Börse, to request Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S (Nasdaq Copenhagen) to have SimCorp's shares (ISIN DK0060495240) (the Shares) removed from trading and official listing at Nasdaq Copenhagen, Nasdaq Copenhagen has today accepted to remove the Shares from trading and official listing.
The last day of trading is Monday 30 October 2023, being the last business day within the four-week compulsory acquisition period.
