Logistea optimises portfolio by divesting two properties in Norway
Logistea AB (publ) has completed the sale of two properties in Norway for a combined underlying property value of NOK 171 million, which corresponds to the combined book value of the assets.
Today, on October 30, 2024, Logistea completed the sale of a logistics and light industrial property at Skarvenesveien 3 in Narvik. The property has a lettable area of in total 16,400 sq.m. (of which vacant area amounts to 8,000 sq.m.), an annual rental value of MNOK 9.7 and a remaining lease term of 11 years. The buyer, Fagernes Handelssted AS, intends to occupy the vacant area for their company Notabene Engros AS (Norengros) which sells and distributes consumer goods to the business sector.
On October 23, 2024, Logistea finalized the sale of a property at Lyngenveien 5 in Lundamo. The property has a lettable area of in total 1,850 sq.m., an annual rental value of MNOK 1.4 and a remaining lease term of 5 years. The current tenant has vacated from the premises in connection with the transaction and the buyer intends to occupy the property.
The divestments of the properties will entail a liquidity contribution of in total MNOK 106 to be used for further investments.
