Kemira's Annual Report 2024 has been published today. The publication consists of the following modules: Annual Review, Corporate Governance Statement and Financial Statements.

Kemira publishes the Sustainability Statement for the first time as a part of the Financial Statements according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The Financial Statements and Corporate Governance Statement are available in both English and Finnish, other documents in English only. The published and official reports can be found as PDF attachments to this release and they will be published at kemira.com. Kemira's tax footprint report for 2024 is also available on Kemira's website at Tax footprint - Kemira

Kemira publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags and notes have been labelled with XBRL block tags. ESEF Financial Statements have been verified by Ernst & Young. ESEF Financial Statements is available in the zip file attached to this release.
