Completion is estimated for the second quarter of 2026.- We are seeing great interest in JM's new production of rental housing in Helsinki. This is the ninth of a total of 13 apartment buildings that we will construct in the Sohlberg district that JM is developing in Herttoniemi, says Teppo Isokangas, Regional Manager East, JM Finland.&nbsp;Herttoniemi is a district in the eastern part of Helsinki, located approximately seven kilometers from the city center.<div></div>
