<div class="abstract">The business segment JM Finland starts the production in its first project in the city of Tampere, consisting of 30 residential units in a five-storey apartment building located in the Tesomajärvi area.</div>Production and sales of the residential units will start in the fourth quarter of 2024, and the time of completion is estimated for the first quarter of 2026.&nbsp;- We are very pleased to start the production in JM's first project in Tampere, a dynamic and fast-growing city, and look forward to introducing JM's high-quality and Swan Ecolabel certified housing in the Tampere region, says Tommi Vaisalo, Regional Manager, JM Finland.&nbsp;The project is part of a block developed by JM, which won the designing competition arranged by the City of Tampere in 2019. &nbsp;Tampere is the second biggest and the fastest growing city in Finland.
