LeadDesk has taken clear steps to improve its profitability, even though this has had a short-term impact on revenue. The company has exited less profitable customer relationships and shifted its growth focus more strongly toward Continental Europe, where the cloud-based customer service software market is expanding. Despite the slower growth, profitability has strengthened, and we expect this trend to continue. Acquisitions, such as the purchase of the eDialog business, support the company’s strategy and have the potential to generate value with minimal cost. Valuation still appears attractive, although there are some uncertainties around growth. What are your thoughts on the company’s future outlook?

LeadDesk announced the sale of its minority stake in Profinder to Ilkka Oyj for EUR 2.5 million, significantly exceeding its balance sheet valuation (EUR 0.9 million). The transaction strengthens LeadDesk’s net cash position and increases the share value by approximately EUR 0.4 per share. The price paid for Profinder, EV/Revenue 3x, is notably higher than LeadDesk’s own valuation. The deal does not affect the company’s positive outlook, and LeadDesk is now fully divested from the target group data business.
