The Board has appointed board member Hans Linnarson as acting Chairman of the Board until the company's ordinary Annual General Meeting on 15 May, 2025.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Hans Linnarson has been a board member of Eolus since 2017. He has extensive experience from senior positions in Swedish industrial companies for more than 30 years, including former CEO of Husqvarna AB and current Chairman of the Board of Nibe Industrier AB.<br>&nbsp;<br>The Board of Directors of Eolus Vind AB consists of the following members:</p><ul><li>Hans Linnarson, acting Chairman of the Board</li><li>Marie Grönborg</li><li>Hans Johansson</li><li>Jan Johansson</li><li>Bodil Rosvall Jönsson</li></ul><p>&nbsp;- I feel confident that the other board members have both deep and broad expertise and are well suited to continue to manage the company.
