Corem Property Group: Corem signs lease agreement with Transcom for 1,067 sq.m. in Kista

Corem has signed a three-year lease agreement with the global outsourcing company Transcom regarding a 1,067 square meter office space in the property Borgarfjord 4 in Kista, Stockholm. Access is planned for the first quarter of 2025.
Transcom already has its customer service operations in Kista and is now looking forward to new, fresh premises:

The property, also called the Time Building, is a popular full-service building in central Kista, where, among others, Zymatic, Halton and Terravis have set up offices during the year.
