<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>As of today, the Annual and Sustainability Report for Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ) for 2023 will be available on www.avanza.se/ir.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>2023 was a challenging year for Swedish households, where macroeconomic conditions further underscored the importance of savings. Avanza’s customers continued to save and Avanza’s share of the net inflow to the Swedish savings market was 22 per cent for the year as a whole. This compares to a total market share of the Swedish savings market of 7.1 per cent as of year-end, according to recent statistics from Statistics Sweden’s Savings Barometer.</p><p>“Nearly two million customers have entrusted us as their partner for savings and investments. Expectations on us are high and our customers are used to a world-class user experience.
