Asetek is a global leader within liquid cooling solutions for high-end PC’s and also produces high-end equipment for SimSports. Asetek was listed on the OBX Oslo Stock Exchange in 2013.

Asetek’s liquid cooling of high-end PC’s and eSports enthusiasts is its largest segment. Its sealed loop liquid cooler supports the thermal challenges of the computers and can also be implemented at data centers to provide significant energy savings and recapturing of heat against the air cooling industry norm; however, this segment remains relatively smaller.

In 2021 Asetek made its first expansion into the SimSports Gaming market with its high-end SimRacing pedals, designed to create an immersive experience for sim racers. Asetek plans to expand further into the SimRacing value chain with ambitions to release wheelbases, steering wheels, shifters, and other end-user customization options.

Asetek A/S today held the annual general meeting at its offices in Aalborg, DenmarkThe general meeting took note of the report by the Board of Directors and Management, and the audited annual report for 2024 was approved.The Nomination Committee reported on its activities during last year. The Nomination Committee's proposed remuneration to be paid to the members of the Board of Directors was adopted.The remuneration report for 2024 was adopted.First there was a vote where it was adopted that the Board of Directors is composed by 5 members. Candidates from the general meeting were suggested in addition to the members suggested by the Board of Directors and after a ballot the following members of the Board of Directors were elected:<ul>	<li>Søren Klarskov Vilby</li>	<li>Jakob Have</li>	<li>Lars Kristensen</li>	<li>Lasse Dannulat</li>	<li>Dennis Nymann</li></ul>The CVs of each Board member are attached to the press release.The following were elected to the Nomination Committee and the Committee is hereinafter composed of the following:<ul>	<li>Søren Klarskov Vilby</li>	<li>Jakob Have</li>	<li>Lars Kristensen</li></ul>Following the general meeting, the Board of Directors constituted itself with Mr. Søren Klarskov Vilby as chairman and Mr. Jakob Have as vice chairman.
