I think that will be one of the biggest benefactoring megatrends for Consti and renovation market as a whole for the coming years. In Finland (and I assume in Nordics aswell) we have founded apartments massively during 1950s-60s-70s that are coming in to the roughly 50 year lifespan...

Consti plockade hem ett ganska stort saneringsprojekt i Tammerfors, 10.5 MEUR. Förhoppningsvis har konkurrensen om dessa projekt inte hårdnat alltför mycket, så att det börjar återspeglas i vinstmarginalerna. Väntar nyfiket på Q3:an nu! https://www.consti.fi/consti/ajankohtaista/...

Det minsta och kanske mest “spännande” (well, allt är relativt ) bolaget i min portfölj. Denna vecka började med att nästan en tiondel av marknadsvärdet utraderades under måndagen. Utan nyheter. På en i.ö. stigande Helsingfors-börs. Nya tag på onsdag: 16’000’000 EUR rakt in i orderboken...

Nåväl, jag förstår inte varför denna företagskedja är så tyst. Visst har företaget sina egna risker, kanske främst inom sina branscher, men enligt min uppfattning verkar företaget lockande. Cirka 90 procent av min bekantskap med företaget grundar sig på material producerat av Inde...
