<div class="abstract">Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 70 percent of the shares in the Swedish profile company Topline AB</div>Topline AB has operations in Borås and Gothenburg and is also present in Kalmar through the subsidiary Topline Kalmar AB. Both companies have a total turnover of approximately SEK 60 million and have 16 employees. Topline sells workwear, profile clothing and product media.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; With Alligo as a part-owner, we feel strengthened in the work of continuing to develop to reach our goals.
